PT Aldev Tunas Utama is a planning and urban development consulting firm headquartered in Batam City of Riau Islands Province in Indonesia. Strategically located in the Singapore Straits and Malacca Straits, only 20 km away to Singapore and Johor (Malaysia) cities, Batam City gains its status as a Free Trade Zone and Special Economic Zone which has made its growth rapid.


PT Aldev Tunas Utama is focusing on urban research services, which includes urban and regional planning, transportation planning study, tourism planning study, feasibility study of development plan, management study and market research, as well as estate planning consultancy.


PT Aldev Tunas Utama was established based on the Deed of Establishment of the Company by Notary Hanugerah S.H Number 16 dated 18 July 2017 in Batam City and the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0030848.AH.01.01.Tahun 2017.

Alpano has a disciplinary background in urban and environmental planning. He is the member of Indonesian Association of Urban and Regional Planners (IAP); Institution of Engineers Indonesia (PII); National Association of Indonesian Consultants (INKINDO); Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). He is also active in teaching as a Lecturer at the Master’s Program in Regional Planning at Batam City.
