Strategically located in the Malacca Strait and only 20 km away from Singapore, Batam City in the Riau Islands Province of Indonesia benefits from its status as both a Free Trade Zone and a Special Economic Zone, which has contributed significantly to its rapid growth and development.


PT Aldev Tunas Utama is focusing on planning and urban development research services, which includes urban and regional planning, traffic impact analysis, feasibility study of development plan, as well as estate planning consultancy.


PT Aldev Tunas Utama was established based on the Deed of Establishment of the Company by Notary Hanugerah S.H Number 16 dated 18 July 2017 in Batam City and the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0030848.AH.01.01.Tahun 2017.

Alpano has a disciplinary background in urban and environmental planning. He is a member of the Indonesian Association of Urban and Regional Planners (IAP); the Institution of Engineers Indonesia (PII); the National Association of Indonesian Consultants (INKINDO); the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). He is also active in teaching as a Lecturer in the Master’s Program in Regional Planning at Batam City.
